Zion Williamson, more often than not, is on the receiving end of things on the basketball court. And guys like Lonzo Ball certainly don't mind that he's so willing to take on this role.
Note: every single one of those plays occurred in the NBA restart within the Orlando bubble.
But that's not all Williamson has been doing in the bubble. He's been just as willing to be on the giving end of the equation, both on the floor...
... and off of it. In a video posted to the Pelicans' official YouTube account on Thursday, right before the team tipped off against the Sacramento Kings in a contest completely devoid of any defense, the rookie sensation decided to take on a giving role once again and provide his teammates with some cool gifts.
Though we're not sure if Williamson personally purchased all of the headphones he was distributing, we wouldn't put it past him. After all, immediately after coronavirus struck the USA and put several employees' jobs and health in danger, he pledged to cover the wages of Smoothie King Arena workers.
However, he's not going to have too much more time to give or receive in the Orlando bubble if the Pelicans don't begin to pick up their play -- and fast. The Grizzlies, Blazers and Spurs are all ahead of the Pelicans in the standings, and their loss to the Kings on Thursday makes matters worse.
