Okay ladies (and gentlemen), now lets get in formation. On your Peleton bike that is, because Beyoncé has teamed up with the trendy fitness startup to create a series of Homecoming themed workouts to honor historically black colleges and universities. And as long as you’re a Peleton member, the workouts are there for you too.
Unfortunately as most of this year's Homecoming festivities have had to shift to virtual celebrations due to the coronavirus pandemic, Beyoncé and Peloton worked closely to help extend Homecoming season to Peloton members with classes across several fitness categories, “including indoor cycling, running, strength, bootcamp, yoga and meditation.”
As part of the collaboration, by the end of November the two plan on gifting two-year Peloton Digital memberships to students at 10 different HBCUs including, Bennett College, Clark Atlanta University, Grambling State University, Hampton University, Howard University, Morehouse College and Morehouse School of Medicine, Spelman College, Texas Southern University, and Wilberforce University.
This includes access to a full library of fitness classes through the Peloton App that can be utilized without or with the following equipment, Peloton Bike, Bike+ and Tread+. Additionally, Peloton intends to “build on its relationships with each of these schools to pursue long-term recruiting partnerships at both the internship and undergraduate levels.”

Coincidently, a majority of that motivational and uplifting workout music happens to be hers as Bey is “the most requested musical artist among Peloton’s more than 3.6 million members.”
Throughout the coming months, Bey will continue to work in unison with Peloton in the on the curation of an assortment of classes across all workout disciplines, focusing on areas of importance to her, “including music, movement, fitness and wellness.”
“Beyoncé's commitment to empowerment and artistic expression is an inspiration to the entire Peloton community," said Peloton's Head of Music Gwen Bethel Riley. "It is a privilege to be able to work closely with her and her extraordinary team to broaden access to our platform and collaborate on incredible offerings we think our Members will love."
