AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- The annual tradition of lighting the Zilker Holiday Tree took place Sunday night - virtually this year due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The ceremony was filmed in advance this year, streamed online and broadcast on the city's ATXN cable channel. You can watch a recording of the ceremony below.
The Zilker Holiday Tree will be lit each night from 6 p.m. to midnight through January 1, but viewing will only be permitted from inside a vehicle on the roadway.
