By 106.7 The Fan

Do you know who knows how to party? The Washington Capitals know how to party.

And so when the Washington Nationals won their first World Series in franchise history, the Capitals were ready to go off.
Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom, veterans of the great Caps' bender of 2018, were ready with the champagne right after Daniel Hudson got the final out.

Uh oh...@ovi8 has found out another championship is coming back to D.C.

The Capitals set the blueprint for how a team should celebrate a championship in Washington and they are desperate for the Nationals to follow in their footsteps. And T.J. Oshie is offering a literal roadmap for them to take.

What an impressive run by these @Nationals. You could tell they had something special in that clubhouse. Congrats fellas! According to yelp here’s some fountains if you want to keep the tradition alive. #WorldChampions #FightFinished
