Roster Updates: Redskins cutdown day tracker

All around the NFL the cuts are coming and the Washington Redskins have to trim their preseason roster of 90 players to a final roster of just 53 players by 4 p.m. ET Saturday.

With the fourth preseason game behind us, some 1,200 players will be out of a job. It is the cruel nature of professional football.

With the deadline coming, which players have the Redskins already sent players have already been dismissed?

Defensive Lineman Austin Maloata, an undrafted player out of Austin Peay, has been released, Hoffman confirmed.

Source says WR Robert Davis has made the #Redskins.Confirming @RapSheet that they're working on a Doctson trade. Nobody is biting on him, but he's played his last down in a Redskins uniform.
