Derrius Guice diagnosed with sprained MCL

Redskins running back Derrius Guice has been diagnosed with a sprained MCL, according to Ian Rapoport. 

#Redskins RB Derrius Guice, who injured his knee last night, received an initial diagnosis of a sprained MCL, source said. He’ll have an MRI to confirm.

Guice injured his knee late in the first quarter of Washington's preseason opener against New England, sending a scare through fans' spines, fearing the worst for the highly touted second-round pick.

After the injury, Guice remained on the sideline with his knee wrapped. After the game, he would assure fans, "All is well."
