With the NFL season entering Week 12, don't take any chances and risk losing your next matchup.

Who to start, and who to sit this week in fantasy football:

Start 'Em

QB: Derek Carr, Las Vegas Raiders
Opponent: at Falcons

The Raiders may have not been victorious on Sunday Night Football against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, but you cannot pin that loss on Derek Carr. The Raiders' QB threw for 275 yards and three touchdowns on the night and finished with a very respectable 21.6 points. He now faces an Atlanta defense allowing the most points to opposing quarterbacks.

RB: Wayne Gallman, New York Giants
Opponent: at Bengals

The Giants are the most complete team in the NFC East and that isn't saying much. Gallman has been a more than reliable RB2 in recent weeks, scoring at least 13 points in each of NY's last four matchups and finding the end-zone in all of them. He should put up respectable numbers against a poor Bengals defense in Week 12.

WR: Michael Pittman Jr., Indianapolis Colts
Opponent: vs. Titans

Pittman has been electric over the Colts past two games, averaging 17.4 PPG. He lit up the Titans secondary for 7 catches for 101 yards just two weeks ago, and Indy is trending in the right direction. All in on the Colts.

TE: Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles
Opponent: vs. Seahawks

Someone has got to catch the ball for the Eagles. Right? Last week it was Dallas Goedert, who hauled in 5 catches for 77 yards and a score. With all of the slander Carson Wentz has been getting over the past week, I think this is the week that Philly turns it around and they BEAT the Seattle Seahawks.

Sit 'Em

QB: Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
Opponent: at Steelers

The Ravens are currently in the midst of a two-game losing streak and now face the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers at home on Sunday afternoon. In his last matchup with the Steelers, Lamar Jackson struggled mightily, turning the ball over four times and finishing the game with a scoring output under 15 points. There are better options available in Week 12.

RB: David Montgomery, Chicago Bears
Opponent: at Packers

Don't trust the Bears. Please do not trust the Bears. All they do is let you down. Even with a great matchup against a poor Packers run defense, it's not worth taking the risk on David Montgomery-- who is coming off of a concussion-- to flourish.

WR: Amari Cooper, Dallas Cowboys
Opponent: vs. Washington

Amari Cooper hasn't had the same production since losing Dak Prescott. He's scored under 5 FPTS in 2 of the last 6 games and faces a Washington secondary that has held up quite well despite the team's record, allowing the fewest points to opposing receivers this season.

TE: Noah Fant, Denver Broncos
Opponent: vs. Saints

Don't even think about it. The Denver Broncos offense cannot be trusted and that includes promising second-year tight end Noah Fant. The Saints defense held the Falcons' Hayden Hurst without a catch in Week 11, and will look to shut Fant down on Sunday afternoon.
