Redskins president Bruce Allen isn't going anywhere.
The Washington Post confirmed on Friday what many had already suspected, that not only is Allen sticking around for his 10th season as team president, technically, he's actually getting a promotion.
Allen maintains his duties as president of football operations. And, as The Post reported, he also reassumes control of the business operations side of the organization, duties which had briefly gone to Brian Lafemina, who was fired in December after eight months as president of that department and COO.

"He is the team president," Senior VP of Communications Tony Wyllie told 106.7 The Fan, when reached for comment.

Later, a team spokesman was asked the following question: "Is (Bruce Allen) now in charge of football and business operations? In other words is The Post’s reporting true?"

The spokesman's response: "I guess so. Sure."
