Laura Welker is a 33-year-old pediatric nurse at Advocate Children's Hospital in Park Ridge who's been battling breast cancer ... she got the surprise of her life yesterday when the Chicago Bears showed up!Just a month after undergoing a double mastectomy for breast cancer treatment, Bears alumnus Jerry Azumah showed up to shower some love on her ... 

She got a heartfelt "thank you!" video from wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson along with a wagon full of gifts for herself, her husband and her sons, including Cordarrelle’s practice jersey with the pink Advocate Health Care patch and an “I Practice For” card signed by Cordarrelle, a football autographed by head coach Matt Nagy, additional Bears memorabilia and swag, a food delivery gift certificate and supplies for throwing a home watch party.
