A Chick-Fil-A restaurant stepped up big time and donated 1,000 meals to a local hospital to ensure all the healthcare workers fighting the COVID-19 coronavirus had a free hot lunch.
The restaurant located in Cascade Park delivered all the meals to the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington.
The entire staff was so appreciative of Chick-Fil-A's gesture that they could not stop thanking the employees.
The hospital wrote on their own Facebook saying, "We are so grateful to John Dombroski and his team at Chick-fil-A Cascade Park in Vancouver for delivering and serving 1,000 meals to our hard-working caregivers today. Your kindness in a tough time is appreciated more than you can know."
