Mike Dirnt From Green Day Is Doing It For The Coffee…And The Weed

For over 30 years Green Day has been waving the Punk rock flag in the face of punk rockers who exclaim they're hatred of the band because they're not punk enough.  But let me ask you this: If your doing the opposite of what punk rockers say you should do because it doesn't fit the rules isn't that punk rock?  We could go on like this for hours(or pages) but we won't.  

Let's just talk about Green Day's new album with bassist Mike Dirnt.  He was just getting into his second cup of the bands own brew, Oakland Coffee when we started our talk about the new album, "Father Of All Motherf*****s", The Hella Mega Tour with Weezer and Fall Out Boy, his new cannabis venture Goldenseed, and what it was like cooking on day time TV with Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart.
