Cheektowaga, NY (WBEN) An Erie man is charged after TSA agents say they found a hand gun in his carry on luggage.
Transit Police detectives say 53- year old Thomas Pearson was traveling from the Buffalo airport on route to Philadelphia and was stopped after TSA agents discovered the weapon. Investigators say Pearson did not have a New York state pistol permit.
Pearson has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
