EnviroServe Moving Into Elma

EnviroServe, a Utah-based environmental-services firm, has set up shop in leased space at at 555 Pound Road in Elma.  Business First reports this is the first location in New York for the company and the office should be open within a few weeks.  EnviroServe deals with things like emergency spill response and site remediation.  It also has a COVID-19 response unit.

Optum has named Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center a Center of Excellence in blood/marrow transplant.  Roswell Park has held this distinction since 2005. ECMC's Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit has been accredited for a period of three years through June 30, 2023.  The designation came from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.  

Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. has named Susan C. Ballard to the newly created role of Executive Vice President for Retail, Sales and Marketing.

The Burchfield Penney Art Center at SUNY Buffalo State will be reopening with new policies and procedures in place.  The museum will reopen to members August 7th and to the general public August 14th.
