Warsaw, NY (WBEN) A woman will spend time in jail and serve probation after pleading guilty in a hit and run that killed a dog and injured two girls.
Lauren Hall pleaded guilty to striking a dog with her car when she drove off Dutch Hollow Road in Sheldon on August 15, 2019. The car also struck a 12 year old girl and a 14 year old girl. One of the girls was seriously injured, the other suffered minor injuries. The dog died at the scene. Hall admitted to driving off without reporting it or making an effort to help the girls.
Hall will spend three months in jail, then spend three years on probation.
