Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Town of Tonawanda teen pleads guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in connection with an accidental shooting inside a Walden Galleria restaurant in March.
19 year old Anthony J. Ciccarelli discharged a handgun that was in his pocket at a restaurant at the Walden Galleria. The gunfire struck his girlfriend in the upper right leg. The victim has since recovered from the injury.
The handgun was reported stolen from a vehicle in Niagara Falls and was not registered to Ciccarelli.
Ciccarelli faces up to 7 years in prison when he is sentenced on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
