TOMS RIVER, N.J. (WCBS 880) -- MLB star Todd Frazier is drawing attention to the wild turkeys terrorizing Toms River.

The former Yankees and Mets third baseman posted a series of tweets about the turkey problem, calling on New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy and animal control to move the birds.

He even posted a picture of his car surrounded by nearly a dozen turkeys.

Frazier told News 12 New Jersey that the birds have been a problem for years and that it continues to worsen as they breed. He says he fears for the safety of his children.
