Nick Mangold: Giants' offensive line rotation 'the worst idea ever'

Nick Mangold isn’t shy about making his feelings known on Twitter, and he’s not shy about promoting himself…and on Saturday, he did both, at the expense of his former MetLife Stadium roommates.

In this case, it was his disdain for the Giants’ offensive line rotation that was on display, which he Tweeted as some “free advice” while also noting that Giants fans buy his barbecue sauce:

The Tweet was, as you can see above, a quote-tweet of a New York Post article about how the o-line has fared since coach Marc Colombo’s dismissal (spoiler: they looked just fine in the first half of Sunday’s game).

Unfortunately for Mangold, Giants head coach Joe Judge doesn’t seem to be taking his advice.

“Absolutely,” Judge told the media on Friday when asked about the rotation continuing. “Again, like the same thing I have talked about before, we want to play all of our guys. Keep them fresh, keep them rotating. We feel we have multiple capable players at those positions. We’re going to go ahead and use them all.”
