-- The Bills Mafia never misses a chance to rip Tom Brady and they pounced on one opportunity Saturday afternoon.

After Bills writer Ryan Talbot tweeted a video of what looks like an attempt by Brady to trip Buffalo defensive lineman Ed Oliver, fans responded in droves, calling Brady a “punk” and a “dirt bag.”

If someone does this to Brady it would be a unsportsmanlike conduct

Tom is getting a lil petulant out there.

Brady deserved his ACL blowout that year.

-- Rich Hill spoke out about his arrest outside of Gillette Stadium on Saturday, calling the situation “overblown.”

“This was all overblown and we are glad to have it behind us.” — Part of Rich Hill’s response tonight to the arrests, which reportedly happened after his wife refused to adhere to the stadiums Clear Bag Policy. Court docs say Rich Hill then tried to intervene @boston25 #Gillette

“Despite Saturday’s events, my great respect for law enforcement remains unchanged,” Hill also said. “However, seeing my wife handcuffed for a problem that started because of her fanny pack was extremely difficult for me to witness.”

Hill’s lawyer, Francis O’Brien Jr., said the situation was “appropriately resolved” by prosecutors.

Hill and his wife, Caitlin, were arrested outside of Gillette after his wife tried to enter the stadium with an oversized bag and argued with officers who stopped her.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “I think it is great leadership from Tom. He’s always given us that. The quarterback sneak there on third-and-1, but I think we have a lot of guys to do that too. I think it just speaks to the whole toughness and mentality of the team. I think when other guys do it, it makes you want to do it — not that you don’t want to do it, but it makes you want to do it more. And when you do it, you make somebody else want to do it more. It is a little bit of a contagious thing just to give that kind of effort.” -- Bill Belichick, on Tom Brady’s leadership with the Patriots
