Some of the NBA’s rookies have received their initial 2K20 rating, and Grant Williams is the first among the Celtics 2019 draft picks.

Until this point, star players and several of the newly added WNBA players had their ratings released, along with the announcement of the All-Decade teams and the Classic Teams.

Williams was given a 72. It’s a solid grade for a rookie. He’s happy with it, though he fully expects to see the number rise.

S/O @NBA2K and @Ronnie2K for the rating. Blessed to be in the game and it’s a great start but nowhere near where i’m going to end. #2KRatings pic.twitter.com/xPaMucFFvm

To no one’s surprise, New Orleans’ Zion Williamson received an 81, leading all rookies. Memphis’ Ja Morant is right behind him with a 79, then Minnesota’s Jarrett Culver got a 77.

Here are the other rookies who’ve received their rating so far:

Memphis’ Brandon Clarke — 73

Chicago’s Dan Gafford — 71

Cleveland’s Dylan Windler — 71

Oklahoma City’s Darius Bazley — 70

Williams is the third Celtics player to have their 2K rating released. Kemba Walker cracked the top-20 with an 88 and Jayson Tatum received an 85 — which he wasn’t exactly pleased with.
