Strange days, indeed.
The seclusion we all are undertaking due to the coronavirus has led to plenty of strange images on social media. Saturday morning Jerry Remy added one more.
For the first time since he played in the minor leagues (1974), Remy is going without his trademark mustache. The NESN analyst took to Instagram offering images of the 67-year-old shaving off the facial hair before finishing off the process challenging his former teammate and fellow broadcaster Dennis Eckersley to do the same.
"My mother RIP would be happy. She always hated it," Remy wrote in a text to WEEI.com.
