Tom Brady is back in the trademark business


Last year Tom Brady's trademark news came in the form of attempting to gobble up the phrase "Tom Terrific" which proved to be misguided maneuver.

Brady and his company are back at it.

Tom Brady's company (TEB Capital Management) has filed 2 new trademarks for:1. TOMPA BAY2. TAMPA BRADYThe filings, made on April 6th, indicate Brady intends to sell clothing, headwear and footwear using the trademarks.My full breakdown --#TomBrady #GoBucs

The idea of surfacing such names isn't new, as was evident by some of the merchandise being sold on The Dan Patrick Show.

Tom Brady's company has filed for two new trademark applications: TOMPA BAY & TAMPA BRADY. He intends to use the phrases on clothing and other merchandise. Filing first uncovered by @JoshGerben. The @dpshow has been selling TOMPA BAY shirts.
