As expected, the Celtics will be without Gordon Hayward for quite some time.

After leaving the arena Monday night on crutches following injuring his right ankle in the win over the 76ers, Hayward was diagnosed with a Grade III sprain of his right ankle and is expected to miss approximately four weeks, according to the team.

This means he's likely out until at least the Eastern Conference Finals.

With just more than three minutes left in the game, Hayward got tangled up with Joel Embiid going up for a rebound. He then proceeded to land on teammate Daniel Theis' foot, rolling his right ankle.

Hayward, of course, missed his entire first season with the Celtics after suffering a gruesome injury to his left ankle.

Before suffering the ankle injury Hayward played 34 minutes, going 5-for-13 from the field, while collecting five rebounds.
