Julian Edelman's health is a major topic going into Saturday's game against the Bills, but there was some good news on that front Friday.

According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, Edelman is expected to play in the game and is probably less banged up than he was last week.

This is a good sign considering Edelman was a game-time decision last Sunday against the Bengals, and only finished with two catches for nine yards. He was clearly not himself and couldn't even run the some routes he usually does.

The receiver did not want to answer any questions relating to his health on Thursday.

The Patriots will host the Bills Saturday at 4:25 p.m.
