The Patriots swapped in and out a pair of wide receivers on Friday.

Following the release of Will Hastings, the plan is to add undrafted rookie Andre Baccellia out of Washington, according to NESN's Doug Kyed.

Baccellia was signed by the Chiefs as a UDFA, but was released a few weeks ago. He worked out for the Patriots recently and now joins the 80-man roster.

As a senior at Washington, he caught 29 passes for 314 yards and four touchdowns.

Baccellia, who is 5-foot-10 and175 pounds, certainly has his work cut out for him in order to make the Patriots' roster.
