Payton Pritchard suffered Grade 1 MCL sprain vs. 76ers

Given how things looked on the court Friday night, the Celtics got some good news relating to rookie guard Payton Pritchard.

The team announced following a MRI Saturday, he's been diagnosed with a Grade I sprain of his right MCL. He's expected to return to on-court activities in two weeks.

It looked a lot worse at the time when he collided with Jaylen Brown.

Pritchard has averaged 7.7 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 14 games this season.

Here's video of the collision.
