Patriots sticking with Cam Newton at quarterback following fourth straight loss

There will not be a quarterback change in New England... as of now.

Speaking immediately following the Patriots' 24-21 loss to the Bills, Bill Belichick was asked about the position, as Cam Newton continues to limit the Patriots offense.

"Cam is our quarterback," he said. "That's the way it's been all year."

The Patriots have now lost four straight and sit at 2-5 on the year.

Against the Bills Sunday, Newton was 15-for-25 passing for 174 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions, but he did fumble on the Patriots' last drive when they had a chance to tie the game or even take the lead.

New England doesn't have a passing touchdown in three straight games, the first time that has happened since 2001.

The Patriots will take on the Jets next Monday night.
