Josh McDaniels is getting an interview after all.

After going a few weeks without any interview requests, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Patriots offensive coordinator is expected to interview with the Eagles for their vacant head-coaching job on Sunday.

McDaniels will be the second Patriots assistant to interview for the job, as Jerod Mayo interviewed earlier in the week.

Philly has also interviewed Robert Saleh and Arthur Smith, but both have taken other jobs since.

There was a belief McDaniels wouldn't be interested because of the influence of Howie Roseman, but perhaps things have changed.

McDaniels has been a popular man over the years, interviewing for a number of head-coaching jobs, but hasn't yet landed one. He did accept the Colts' job a few years ago, but backed out at the last minute.
