The Patriots have been on the receiving end of some pretty painful goal-line stands this season. Sunday it was their defense's chance to come up with one of its own.
On the last snap of the first half of the Patriots' tilt with the Cardinals -- with Arizona leading, 10-7 -- Cards' coach Kliff Kingsbury decided to go for it on fourth down from the one-yard line.
One play later and the Patriots were the ones taking momentum into halftime ...
The play was made by Lawrence Guy, who blew up the Arizona offensive line, allowing linebackers Akeem Spence and Ja'Whaun Bentley to stop Cardinals running back Kenyan Drake.
The Patriots came back out of halftime and tied things up via a Nick Folk field goal on their first possession of the second half.
