Rough week for Evan on SUPER WILD CARD WEEKEND, but C-Mac and Loogy both got their picks (only one counts, Loogy), so not a total loss for the PM Drive guys.
This week might be it for the new format, unless Evan really loves one of the dogs on championship weekend, so let’s see if they can go out on a high note!
First, the current standings (last week in parenthesis):
Evan: 14-13 (0-3)
Mac: 5-4 (W)
Loogy: 5-4 (W)
FAVORITE – Kansas City (-10) vs. Cleveland: “I love what the Browns did last week, but the Chiefs are the best team in the NFL, period stop. One of the big arguments against KC is they haven’t been blowing teams out, but if you look closer, a lot of those were late covers. As great as everything was last week for Cleveland, Pittsburgh was a flawed team. I think the Chiefs are gonna crush ‘em and win easily.”
UNDERDOG – Tampa Bay (+3) at New Orleans: “I know every stat says teams sweep three games 65 percent of the time, and there were times last week Washington had a chance…but Tampa Bay has a chance to slow down a Saints offense that has looked pedestrian.”
OVER/UNDER – Green Bay/LA Rams UNDER 45.5: “I’ll give the Rams credit: defensively, they’ve been outstanding lately, and I think they can keep this close. This seems like a reasonable number, because their offense is meh.”
C-MAC – Green Bay (-6.5) vs. LA Rams: “Green Bay is an unstoppable force, and LA got their Super Bowl out of the way last week. I could not believe the performance Seattle gave. The Rams have injuries on both sides and their QB is dreadful. Under a TD, this is an easy pick for me.”
LOOGY – Baltimore (+2.5) at Buffalo: “Buffalo has been bad against the run and running quarterbacks, and peep this: in the playoffs since 2016, road dogs since 2016 are 9-2-1, and eight of those nine won straight up. The Ravens want the smoke!”
Listen below for the full predictions, and as always, be ready to call in Monday to give Evan, C-Mac, and Loogy some love (or hell) for their picks!
