The College Basketball Analyst for ESPN, Sirius XM, and the Athletic joined Kyle Bailey today on the Clubhouse to give his latest thoughts on the ongoing NBA Playoffs, and if the Hornets should seriously consider taking Onyeka Okongwu with the 3rd pick.

The interview started out on the NBA front as Kyle wanted to get Spatola's reaction to the Clippers not making the WCF as he was surprised by the result, but says it is refreshing to see a team with homegrown talent take down a team with superstars. Chris also states that at this point you can't mail it in.

Chris also weighed in on the first game of the Eastern Conference Finals as Bam Adebayo made a tremendous block to seal the game for the Heat as Chris told Kyle that he didn't see this coming from Bam when he was in high school and college, and Chris also points out a big reason for the Celtics and Heat's success was the emphasis on character and effort as a prerequisite to talent.

Kyle then wanted to gage Chris on the comparisons that USC big man Onyeka Okongwu has gotten to Bam and if the Hornets should take him with the 3rd pick and Chris replied:

"I don't know if the Hornets can get away with taking a guy like Okongwu with the 3rd pick because he isn't seen as having the same upside compared to LaMelo and Wiseman, which is where I beg to differ. I love Okongwu and have for a long-long time, and I think his offensive game is only going to get better."
