The Host of The OG on ESPN 99.9 FM The Fan in Raleigh joined Kyle Bailey today on the Clubhouse as they discussed a wide array of topics taking place with North Carolina sports.

The two first recapped last night's 3rd period beat down that the Bruins had on the Hurricanes last night as Joe compared the Hurricanes to Glass Joe in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out as the Bruins showed why they are one of the top teams in hockey, and why the Canes are a bubble team right now. Joe did say that this doesn't mean that the Canes still don't have a bright future as they still have a lot of young talent and a good coach in Rod Brind'Amour.

The conversation then turned to the College Football front as Carolina reversed course and went to remote learning, and if this could lead to more of semi-bubbles across college campuses and Joe responded:

"This is going to play out across other universities in North Carolina, but as far as sports is concerned you're guess is as good as mine. It is becoming crystal clear if you hadn't seen it before that the student-athletes and specifically the college football players are actual business partners for a multi-billion dollar sports entertainment industry that the colleges have been easily taking money from and the players have gotten none of it, and now the colleges desperately need bubbles on campuses."
