Michael Felder Discusses the Challenges of Some College Conferences Playing Football in the Spring

The College Football Analyst for Stadium TV joined Kyle Bailey today on the Clubhouse as they first discussed App State and Charlotte playing again this year and in the future and Michael told Kyle that this is a win for both teams in different ways, and it would be good to continue the series between the two group of 5 schools.

Michael then weighed in on the big subject at hand with the Big 10 and Pac 12 postponing the college football season to the spring as Michael stated:

"I think there's a couple of different layers to it as the Pac 12 is mirroring the same mindset that States like California are having which is that they are not going to partake on activities and have things go sideways, as the Big 10 specifically has had 2 schools shut down and that probably weighed heavily on their decision. It's going to be interested to see how everything unfolds because saying you're going to play isn't the issue, the question now becomes what will it look like when play starts in September."

Despite the plan to play in the spring, Michael tells Kyle he is in the same boat as Rece Davis as seeing spring football for college players is completely irresponsible when it comes to players health and protecting them, especially with these player's playing for free.
