Onyeka Okongwu is the best player in this NBA draft

College Basketball Analyst Chris Spatola who covers the sport for ESPN, The Athletic, and Sirius XM joined Kyle Bailey on the Clubhouse to discuss the upcoming and uncertain start for College Basketball, and the NBA Draft for the Hornets.

Chris started the interview by discussing the upcoming College Basketball season as he told Kyle that the conferences are probably going to be in their own direction outside of a few events and Chris said given the amount of time the NCAA had to arrange this is disappointing. Despite that however, he still thinks the NCAA Tournament will be played in 2021, but the number of teams could be reduced.

When it came to the NBA Draft Kyle wanted Chris to give his thoughts on Memphis big man James Wiseman as the Hornets seem to have a big interest in him. Chris said that James is a very hard player to grade because of his limited sample size, but Chris says that not one person will have his measurable. Chris thinks that James has the biggest upside out of any prospect, but he has a long way to go in his development on both sides of the ball.

Chris then made his point to Kyle that Onyeka Okongwu is the best player in this draft by saying:

"If Okongwu was 2 inches taller he would be the number 1 pick in this draft. He moves incredibly well, he is light years ahead offensively of James Wiseman, he can shoot with both hands, and is terrific when it comes to moving left to right defensively."
