Eli Manning Lists NJ Mansion for Sale at $5.25 Million

Eli Manning is back on the market. The real estate market, that is.

The former New York Giants quarterback and two-time Super Bowl champion recently put his Summit, NJ home up for sale at a listing price of $5.25 million.

Hallee Dangler with Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.

The 1904 Georgian Revival has undergone a complete renovation since the NFL star and his wife, Abby McGrew, bought the place in 2014 for $4.7 million.

With 9,000-plus square feet of interior space, the home consists of six bedrooms, five full bathroom and four half-bathrooms. It also includes a banquet-sized fireside dining room, sun-filled formal living room, an oversized family room, fireside study and gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances.

The master suite includes two dressing rooms and a marble bath while the first floor suite offers a bedroom, sitting room, full bath and kitchen.

The 1.1-acre residence also includes a pool alongside a temperature-controlled pool house with a golf simulator. There is a 750-bottle wine cellar, a third-floor rec room or sixth bedroom as well as eight restored fireplaces.

There is also a home gym, which Manning documented in a video he posted on Twitter in June.

Just like the gridiron, Manning has had success on the real estate market in the past.

Prior to moving into his Summit home, Manning sold the waterfront luxury condo he owned in Hoboken, NJ for $3.55 million – a record sale for a condo in the city’s history.

Manning’s decision to list his New Jersey mansion comes seven months after he announced his retirement from football back in January as rookie Daniel Jones succeeded the 39-year-old quarterback in Week 3 of the 2019 season.

While Manning may be saying goodbye to the Giants an New Jersey, he still has a vacation home in the Hamptons – a 1.21-acre lot located just steps from the beach.
