
A Luzerne County man who admitted being the gunman in a drive-by shooting has been sentenced to up to 10 years in state prison.20-year old Onje Crowder of Wilkes-Barre will serve four to ten years in prison and two years of probation after previously pleading guilty to two felony counts of aggravated assault.Prosecutors say Crowder opened fire from a vehicle in February of 2019.The gunshots hit a double-block home in Wilkes-Barre that was occupied by six people, including an 8-year-old child
