The posting was shared hundreds of times and has drawn interest from around the country. The owners say it's time to find another owner who will keep the business which has been a staple in the community for almost 40 years. The asking price of 1.5million dollars not only includes the restaurant on St Ann's Street but an apartment building down the street , the restaurant's recipes and the help of the current owners until the new one fees comfortable in their new position.
