The city came out to show love and support for go-go.

The love for go-go runs deep throughout the history of D.C. and it showed during WPGC's radiothon to raise funds for a go-go museum to be created in Anacostia.

For a full 12 hours the station and community members dedication their time, effort, and funds to spread awareness and share their love for go-go.

With all of the fundraising efforts, a total of nearly $14,000 was raised towards a $25,000 goal.
