Drake is spending some time alone in his Toronto mansion according to sources, after news broke that Brooklyn Nets player Kevin Durant tested positive for coronavirus.
The two were spending time together last week, as the Nets were in Los Angeles for a matchup against the Lakers. The “Life Is Good” rapper shared a shot on Instagram of the two leaving somewhere, with the caption, “life is a race and the grim reaper catches up... till then glasses up.”
According to Page Six, Drake is now “self-isolating” in his hometown of Toronto after potentially being exposed last week.
The US and Canada have also suspended “non-essential travel” between the two countries during the coronavirus pandemic.
On Tuesday it was revealed that Durant was one of four players on the Nets that has tested positive for coronavirus. The team shared in a statement, “The organization is currently notifying anyone who has had known contact with the players, including recent opponents, and is working closely with state and local health authorities on reporting. All players and members of the Nets travel party are being asked to remain isolated, closely monitor their health and maintain constant communication with team medical staff.”
