Forbes just dropped its annual list of the richest self-made female entrepreneurs in America and several of our favorite artists made the list.
Taking the top spot on the list was Diane Hendricks, the co-founder and chair of ABC Supply with a net worth of $8 billion. While there were many women from across various industries on the Forbes list, eight total musicians made an appearance.
The highest listed musician was Rihanna, who came at number 33 on the list with a net worth of $600 million. RiRi’s cosmetics line Fenty Beauty garnered over $600 million in sales in 2019 while her Savage x Fenty lingerie line brought in significant money from investors.
Madonna came in at number 40 on the list with a net worth of $550 million. Forbes notes the Queen of Pop has grossed an estimated $1.2 billion from touring in her career.
Celine Dion has a net worth of $455 million and took home the 51st spot on the list. Forbes indicates a bulk of her earnings have come from her Las Vegas residencies.
Rounding out the list is Beyoncé at 55 with $420 million, Barbra Streisand at 56 with $400 million, Taylor Swift at 62 with $365 million, and a tie at 97 with $150 million between Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez.
Despite having a net worth of $600 million, Rihanna didn’t make the list of the top 10 highest paid musicians in 2020. The top spot went to Kanye West, who brought home a whopping $170 million while Ariana Grande was the top paid female artist at $72 million.
