NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC) - New Haven police are investigationg an overnight robbery and shooting.
Around 2:40 a.m., a man wearing a mask assaulted an unknown male waiting for a friend at Nash and Lawrence Streets, stole his valuables and then shot him in the leg.
The victim is at Yale-New Haven Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect remains at large as police investigate.
