Waterbury moves to temporary distance learning at two schools

The Waterbury School District moves some classes at two schools to temporary distance learning after several positive cases.

Officials say some impacted classes at Carrington Elementary School will distance learn through Friday, October 30 while impacted classes at Wilby High School will distance learn through Thursday, October 29.

The move comes after positive cases among students and staff.

No buildings are being closed at this point.
