Detroit police search for missing 10-year-old girl

(WWJ) Detroit Police are trying to find a missing little girl, who ran away from home.

Police say Isis Christian, 10, was last seen by her mother at their home on Faircrest near Rex, in the area of Kelly and Morang, around 11:30 a.m. Friday. Her mother told officers Isis left after she sent her to her room to do homework.

Isis is described as 5’4”, approximately 70 lbs. She vanished wearing a dark blue sweater with a butterfly on the front and rainbow-colored leggings.

Her family says she is in good physical and mental health.
