Tashonty Toney the man charged in the deaths of 2 bicycle riders and injuring 7 others has pleaded guilty to most of the charges against him.

Toney was in court today where he signed a plea agreement to 14 counts related to the injuries but he says he wants to go to trial over the two negligent homide charges.

The trial is scheduled for next Monday.  Toney is accused of driving drunk on Esplanade Avenue the night of the Endymion parade.
