Burrow, who won the Heisman and led the Tigers to a national championship in 2019, was the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft after a record-breaking season in Baton Rouge.  While helping LSU to a 15-0 campaign Burrow set the  NCAA single-season record for touchdown passes with 60 scoring throws.

Burrow joins Bengals running back Giovani Bernard, receiver A.J. Green, linebacker Josh Bynes, punter Kevin Huber, safety Shawn Williams and former Saints Safety Vonn Bell as captains for the up coming season.

Bell signed with the Bengals the past offseason after spending the past four seasons with the New Orleans Saints were he forced and recovered seven fumbles, broke up 14 passes and tallied eight sacks.
