Kenner PD: Two brothers in custody, a third brother wanted for the rape of a juvenile

The Kenner Police Department announces they have arrested two men for First Degree Rape involving a person under the age of 13 years old.

Police say 35-year-old, Raul Paz-Perez and 35-year-old Wilmer Paz-Perez were arrested on Saturday. The two men are brothers and a third brother, 31-year-old Elder Paz-Perez is wanted for the same rape of a juvenile.

According to a Kenner police report, the rape happened Wednesday at an address in Kenner where the victim also lived with the three suspects.

The report says the men allegedly offered money to the victim for sex. The victim then ran and locked herself in a bedroom in the home. Police say the men then broke through the locked bedroom door and all three men undressed the victim, held her down and sexually assaulted her.

Elder Paz-Perez is in a relationship with the victim's mother. Police are searching for him in connection to this incident.

The victim disclosed the rape to a relative who reported it to Kenner police. Raul and Wilmer were arrested that same day. Police are still searching for Elder Paz-Perez in connection to this incident. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Kenner Police at 504-712—2222.
