The New Orleans Saints added All-Pro kick returner Deonte Harris to the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, per the NFL's transaction wire.
Harris is the third Saint to be placed on the list since the team reported for training camp. Linebacker Kaden Elliss and Long Snapper Zach Wood were breifly added to the list earlier this month, but have since been activated and rejpined the team.
A player being added to the reserve/COVID-19 doesn't mean they've tested positive for the coronavirus. Players can be added to the list for a number of reasons including potential exposure to someone who has tested positive.
While the Saints will be without Harris for a few days, New Orleans cornerback Johnson Bademosi will be able to practice after passing his physical. Bademosi signed with the Saints last season, but suffered a foot injuy late in the year. He re-signed with the Saints in the offseason and began training camp on the PUP.
