The weather is going to have a number of twists and turns over the week ahead leading up to Fat Tuesday.

After a foggy start to our Tuesday, unusually warm weather is expected today.

"High temperatures will climb into the mid 70s," WWL TV Meteorologist Dave Nussbaum forecasts. "Spotty showers and a few storms will be possible."

A cold front moves through tonight, dropping tomorrow's highs into the 60s.
