It was a better day for a few Saints on Friday.  The team’s sack leader Cameron Jordan (abdomen) and left tackle Terron Armstead (ankle) were limited participants at practice after not taking part yesterday. Tight end Jared Cook (concussion) has fully returned after working out in a red non-contact jersey to start the week. He has really heated up in the Saints offense scoring 6 times in the last 7 games.

Meanwhile, missing practice for a 2nd straight day were:

Safety Vonn Bell (knee)

Linebacker Kiko Alonso (thigh)

Corner Patrick Robinson (calf)

Guard Andrus Peat (forearm)

Linebacker A.J. Klein (knee), fullback Zach Line (knee), and center/guard Will Clapp (elbow) remained limited participants. Drew Brees’ name was at the bottom of the list.  He has a right elbow injury that happened at the end of the game against the 49ers.

“Yes. Just in that final drive, but it's all good,” said Brees on Thursday. The Saints QB has been a full-go all week.
