Mark Ingram's time in Black & Gold appears to have come to an end since the team has reportedly agreed to a deal with another free agent running back in Latavius Murray. ESPN’s Adam Schefter indicates that Murray will ink a four-year, $14.4 million contract with the Saints.

Murray totaled 578 yards rushing last year with the Vikings and scored 6 touchdowns. He also had 22 catches for 141 yards.  Murray is 29 years old and was originally a 6th round pick of the Raiders in 2013.

Ingram has been with the Saints since getting drafted in the first round back in 2011. Some of his teammates were taken back by the news:

To me that’s family... I’ve made a lot of friends in the locker room and I’ve created family ties to some guys. I’ve watched some of the best teammates leave and IF this happens for real -- this one gone hurt
