Saints roster down to 80 following release of Taylor Stallworth

Taylor Stallworth made the Saints as an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina in 2018, but has been added to the list of players the Black & Gold have released.

The 6-foot-2, 302-pound defensive tackle finished last season with eight tackles in the four games he appeared in; which was significantly fewer than the 14 contests he saw action in as a rookie.

Letting Stallworth go brings the Saints roster down to 80 players. Teams need to get down to an 80-man roster prior to the August 16th deadline that the NFL and NFLPA settled on.
